I am an assistant professor at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon, and researcher at CICPSI – The Research Center for Psychological Science. I have a PhD in Psychology (University of Beira Interior [UBI]) and a master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (UBI).
I do research in the fields of work and organisational psychology and occupational health. I have been conducting my research with professionals in challenging environments such as prisons. I explore variables such as burnout, engagement, quality of working life, diversity climate, and organisational justice.
