PhD in Human Resource Psychology, Work and Organizations at the Faculdade de Psicologia, Universidade de Lisboa. Integrated researcher and member of the Board of Directors at the Research Centre for Human Development (CEDH) – Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Collaborative researcher at the Research Centre in Psychological Science (CICPSI) – Universidade de Lisboa. Researcher on two projects Funded by the Portuguese national agency FCT (i.e., Transitions of Temporary Agency Workers (TAW): Patterns, Experiences and Results– 04/2013 to 09/2015; and Employment relationships in temporary workers: The implications for human resource management– 11/2010 to 11/2011). Author or co-author of articles in journals such as: Career Development International, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and Economic and Industrial Democracy.


Research interests in the fields of: psychology of human resources, work, and organizations; human motivations, well-being, training, and employability; human resource management in the new work arrangements; tripartite work relations: temporary agency work, outsourcing, and the so called gig/sharing/collaborative economy; new work arrangements that emerge from the current technological paradigm; and generational differences regarding work values and attitudes.
