Systemic Clinical Psychology – Family, Community and Forensic Contexts
The Master in Clinical and Health Psychology allows students’ to choose one of three alternative specialization areas – Dynamic Clinical Psychology, Integrative Cognitive-Behavioral Clinical Psychology and Systemic Clinical Psychology – Family, Community and Forensic Contexts – and, in line with what is expected in this study cycle (in accordance with EuroPsy), aims to prepare students for professional practice grounded on competence, reflexivity, responsibility, ethical sense and autonomy.
In this vein, the course further seeks to foster the development of: theoretical and ethical knowledge, particularly within the scope of the afore-mentioned approaches; knowledge and skills in assessment, prevention, intervention and research, common or specific to such approaches; in-depth knowledge of theories, models, strategies and techniques in one of the three afore-mentioned approaches.
