The annual meetings of the Early Career Hallucinations Research group and the International Consortium on Hallucination Research will take place at Faculdade de Psicologia on 11-13 September 2024.

The meetings gather researchers from distinct disciplines (Psychology, Neuroscience, Medicine, Computer Science, Philosophy, Anthropology) from around the world with a common goal: to understand the mechanisms driving phenomena such as hallucinations.

Hallucinations are perceptions that are underconstrained by external sensory stimulation, and are not necessarily pathological. These meetings offer a unique opportunity to meet hallucination researchers from across the world and for the cross-fertilization of ideas.
