She is interested in motivational and self-regulatory processes in health behavior change, particularly condom use, and supervises PhD projects within the scope of sexual behavior and health education. She is author of several articles and chapters in international and national publications and coordinates international teams in projects on sexual health. She is in the editorial boards of international journals of health and well-being.
